Refund policy

INTRODUCTION
Marsbus provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in a hassle-free way. This limited warranty provided by Marsbus in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY EASILY
1. Make sure your product is within the warranty period.
2. Make sure you have a valid proof of purchase (the Shopify order number or a screenshot of your order).
3. Before confirming the solution with our customer service, please save the product and do not dispose of or destroy it.
4. Contact our customer support team via support@themarsbus.com.
5. Once our customer support team has received your request, please follow their instructions to file a warranty claim or return the product.

Note: For quality-related warranty claims, please attach the Model Number and Batch Code / Serial Number for a quick response. (Model number: Located on the back of the drawing board or its packaging. Batch Code: Located on the packaging or near the charging port/battery compartment).

WARRANTY AGREEMENTS

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE FOR ANY REASON
- Undamaged and unused products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
- Returns must include the original packaging, all accessories (including the stylus/pens, charging cable, drawing templates, etc.), user manual, and quick start guide.
- For non-quality related warranty claims (e.g., buyer's remorse, changed mind), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and Marsbus will refund the cost of the product itself.
- If the returned item does not meet the above requirements (e.g., missing parts, damaged original box), we unfortunately cannot process your refund or return request.
- We cannot process a refund request for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For quality-related issues after 30 days, please see the warranty coverage below.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

PRODUCT WARRANTY PERIOD
- Product Category: Marsbus Kids LED Drawing Board / Accessories
- Warranty Period: 6 Months (from the date of purchase)

COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
For Marsbus products purchased directly from our official online store, if a hardware or performance failure (such as LED light failure, charging issues, or screen defects) occurs during the warranty period under proper and normal use, you can contact Marsbus customer support to obtain warranty service.

NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
- Normal wear and tear from daily use, including parts that might wear out or degrade over time (e.g., battery degradation, worn-out stylus tips, screen surface scratches from normal drawing).
- Products purchased from unauthorized distributors, resellers, or third-party retailers.
- Products without valid proof of purchase (the order number or screenshot of the order).
- Used or secondhand products sold by any unauthorized seller.
- If the model number, serial number, or production date code has been altered, removed, or made illegible.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Products that have expired their warranty period.
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase). The Marsbus customer support team will inspect and confirm if your product has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect.
- Free products (such as giveaways, marketing samples, or prizes).
- Damages or defects caused by service, modifications, or repairs performed by an unauthorized service provider or by anyone other than Marsbus.
- Damages or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance, including but not limited to: dropping or crushing the screen, water immersion/liquid damage, using incorrect charging cables/adapters that burn the circuit, or physical damage caused by children/pets outside of normal drawing usage.
- Damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product itself.

*Warranty on a replacement item follows the warranty period of the original defective item. We cannot provide maintenance or replacement services for items that have expired their original warranty.

WARRANTY BENEFITS
During the warranty period and subject to this warranty policy, Marsbus will provide one of the following solutions depending on the actual situation:
- A full or partial refund based on the specific circumstances.
- Repair or maintenance of any defects in material or workmanship.
- Replacement with a brand-new product of equal value.

SPECIAL NOTE
- Marsbus reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether the product is defective due to manufacturing or misuse.
- Important: If you return the product before contacting the Marsbus customer support team and receiving written confirmation that the product is returnable, we cannot process your refund or replacement request.
- For Marsbus products purchased directly from authorized third-party platforms (such as Amazon, Walmart, etc.), the Marsbus official store support team will only provide technical troubleshooting and maintenance advice. Please contact the respective platform where you made the purchase for their specific return and refund services.
