Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders on Marsbus.com are shipped via reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, or Amazon FBA. It generally takes 1–2 business days to process and dispatch orders from our warehouse. In peak periods like holidays or Black Friday & Cyber Monday, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Pre-orders are subject to the estimated delivery time displayed on the specific product page.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in California & Pennsylvania, depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our inventory availability. This allows us to get your Marsbus LED glow board out to you as fast as possible.


AREA & SHIPPING FEES

We currently ship to the Contiguous United States. Please note that we do not deliver to Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Ground Shipping (5 - 8 Business Days): Free for orders over $50. For orders between $0 and $49.99, a flat shipping fee of $6 will be applied.
  • Expedited Shipping (3 - 5 Business Days): A flat shipping fee of $28 applies to all orders.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your package is on its way, you will receive an Order Tracking Number (OTN) via email or text message. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@marsbus.com, and we will look into it for you immediately.


DELIVERY ADDRESS

A complete and correct delivery address is essential to ensure your glow board safely reaches your doorstep. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

To change your address or cancel an order, please email support@marsbus.com within 8 hours of placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.


BACK ORDERS

We ship the entire order when all items are ready. If you prefer not to wait for back-ordered items to ship together with the rest of your items, please consider placing separate orders for your in-stock and back-ordered items.


LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES DUE TO SHIPPING

We take great care in packaging our LED note boards to ensure they arrive safely. If any item is lost or arrives damaged due to transit, please snap some photos of the damage to the box and product, and contact the carrier immediately.

While Marsbus is not directly responsible for errors made by the post office, we are always here to help. If your package has not been received within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping notification, please contact us at support@marsbus.com. We will investigate the details and assist you in getting it straightened out, or send you a brand-new replacement item.
